Mutual Entertainment (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), as the operator of Mutual Entertainment, fully understand the importance of personal information to you, and we will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. a. When you register or log in to Mutual Entertainment and related services, you can create an account via email, and you can complete relevant online identity identification information (avatar, nickname). Collecting this information is to help you complete the registration.
b. When you set or change your avatar, we will request your authorization for camera and photo album permissions. If you refuse to authorize the camera permission, you will be unable to set or change your avatar by taking a photo; if you refuse to authorize the photo album permission, you will be unable to set or change your avatar by uploading images from your album. However, the above will not affect your normal use of other functions of Mutual Entertainment.
1.2 Content Browsing
1.2.1 To ensure the quality of recommended content and to recommend content and related information that you may be interested in, Mutual Entertainment may collect necessary log information.
1.2.2 The aforementioned log information includes your operational and usage behavior information: such as search, browse, click, download, like, favorite, etc. (For the convenience of non-logged-in users, part of this information will be associated with your device information).
1.2.3 We will display and recommend local-related information for your area based on the city corresponding to your IP address.
1.2.4 When you perform operations such as playing videos, in order to adapt to your device status, we may call upon device sensors like the accelerometer to identify your device's horizontal or vertical screen state.
1.3 Search
When you use the search service of Mutual Entertainment, we will collect your search keyword information and log records. To provide efficient search services, part of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device, and we may display search result content and search history records to you.
1.4 Sharing and Others
1.4.1 When you use the check-in function (if involved), we will apply for calendar permission and prompt you to check in. If you refuse to authorize this, you will be unable to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of Mutual Entertainment.
1.4.2 In situations where you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we need to access your clipboard and photo album to read the codes, share codes, links, and QR codes contained therein, in order to achieve functions or services such as redirection, sharing, and activity linkage. We will only judge the information in the clipboard and photo album locally on the device and will not transmit the information back to our servers. Some mobile phone device systems may prompt that the application (App) is reading the clipboard or photo album, but this system prompt cannot distinguish between local client processing and uploading to the server, and due to differences in statistical methods, false positives cannot be ruled out. Therefore, if you notice such prompts and have questions, please contact us so that we can locate the problem.
1.4.3 When you participate in various activities (if any), we will record operation details such as reward collection within the activities to enable your normal use of activity-related functions.
1.5 Operations and Security Assurance
1.5.1 Operations and Security
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and a usage environment. Providing high-quality, efficient, and reliable services and information is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public from loss, we will collect necessary information to maintain the secure and stable operation of our products or services.
1.5.2 Device Information and Log Information
a. To ensure the secure operation of software services, and the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as Android ID, OAID, GAID; iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and how they are obtained), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), WiFi scan results, base station, Bluetooth, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, device sensor data (such as accelerometer).
b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we may collect information about installed applications or running processes, application lists or running process information, the overall operation, usage and frequency of applications, application crash situations, overall installation usage, performance data, and application source.
c. To analyze statistical indicators such as application new additions, activations, retention, and performance, we may call the clipboard for attribution analysis of relevant statistical information. Please rest assured, we do not collect your private information.
d. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information provided by our affiliates or partners with your authorization or as permitted by law, to judge account status and transaction security, conduct identity verification, identify illegal and non-compliant situations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
e. To provide you with better product services and ensure playback and usage effects when using the product, we may obtain system data information such as your device's screen status and system volume level.
1.6 Changes in the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Please understand that as our business develops, we may adjust and change the functions and services provided by Mutual Entertainment. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. Cookies and device information identifiers and similar technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use Mutual Entertainment and related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect, identify, and store information about your visit and use of this product. We promise not to use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Ensuring the Secure and Efficient Operation of Products and Services

Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and national standards, we may provide or disclose your personal information to external parties or partners without obtaining your authorization and consent:

4. How We Store Personal Information
4.1 Storage Location
In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we store the personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transfer the aforementioned information overseas. If we need to transfer information overseas, we will strictly comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulatory policies, and will follow relevant national regulations or seek your consent.
4.2 Storage Period
We only retain your personal information for the period necessary for the purpose of providing Mutual Entertainment and its services.
Information such as your favorites, likes, check-ins, and related information will be retained during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or deactivated your account, for the purpose of providing you with continuous business functions.
If you deactivate your account, actively delete personal information, or after the necessary period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following cases:

5.7 Once you leave Mutual Entertainment and related services, browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we will have no ability and no direct obligation to protect any personal information you submit on software or websites outside of Mutual Entertainment and related services, regardless of whether you log in, browse, or use the aforementioned software or websites based on links or guidance from Mutual Entertainment.
6. Minor Clause
6.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using Mutual Entertainment and related services.
6.2 If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy on behalf of your ward before using Mutual Entertainment and related services.
6.3 We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations. We will only collect, use, share, or disclose the personal information of minors where permitted by law, with the explicit consent of parents or other guardians, or where necessary to protect the minor; if we discover that we have collected personal information of a minor without prior verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible in accordance with the law.
